My grandmother had a cute little sign in her bathroom that said, “Happiness is an extra roll of toilet paper.” While I fully agree with that statement, I don’t always want to see said roll of toilet paper. This V-Stitch Toilet Paper Topper is a great way to disguise that extra roll.

This project calls for a size I-9 crochet hook and worsted weight yarn, such as Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn. Everyday is the perfect “every day” project yarn. It’s 100% acrylic, machine washable and dryable, and comes in 35 solid colors. It also comes in Multi-colors and Go-Team colors. You can optionally finish off the top of your topper with a simple ribbon bow. This pattern utilizes mostly double crochets and the V-Stitch, which is made of two double crochets with a chain stitch in the middle.
