Patriotic Pony Tail Holder Free Crochet Pattern

In July 1776 the estimated population of the United States was 2.5 million people. According to the U.S. & World Population Clock, the nation’s estimated population on July 4, 2014 will be approximately 318 million people. We’ve come a long way in 238 years!

This Patriotic Pony Tail Holder is a fun way to show off your patriotic colors, and also practice working with ruffling yarn. You will be working with an elastic hair band and crocheting around it using Starbella Ruffling yarn. If you’ve made a ruffled scarf in the past then this project will be very familiar to you!
